1. Price and Availability Changes:

• Please note that all prices and availabilities offered on our website are subject to change by the property owners without prior notice. Lebanese Home Real Estate is not responsible for these changes in any way.
• The information provided on projects, companies, names, availabilities, and prices is highly confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third party, directly or indirectly, unless with the knowledge and full consent of Lebanese Home Real Estate discretion is of utmost importance.

2. Service Fees for Property Purchase or Sale:

• In the case of purchasing or selling any of the properties/estates offered through Lebanese Home Real Estate, a final and non-negotiable service fee of %2.5 + VAT of the final purchase or sale value must be remitted by both the seller and the buyer to Lebanese Home Real Estate or its appointed representatives.
• The buyer agrees not to sign the purchase agreement or “promesse de vente” prior to informing Lebanese Home Real Estate in writing. If the buyer purchases directly without Lebanese Home Real Estate’s prior knowledge, a service fee of 5% + VAT of the final purchase or sale value will be charged as a coercive fine.

3. Service Fees for Property Rental:

• In the case of renting any of the properties/estates offered through Lebanese Home Real Estate, a final and non-negotiable service fee of one month’s rent + VAT must be remitted by both the tenant and the owner for every rental contract up to 3 years.
• The tenant agrees not to sign the rental agreement prior to informing Lebanese Home Real Estate in writing. If the tenant rents directly without Lebanese Home Real Estate’s prior knowledge, a service fee of two months’ rent + VAT of the final rent value will be charged as a coercive fine.

4. Limitation of Liability:

• Lebanese Home Real Estate shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our website or services, including any inaccuracies or changes in property prices and availabilities.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the website.
